The Priory House Company held its Annual Meeting Tonight.
Its Annual Accounts were received.
The following Directors were appointed / re-appointed:
Sir Trefor Morris (Chair), Sheila Davies and Simon Bailey were nominated by the St Mary’s Priory Trustees ; and Chris Titchener & Robert Phillips were nominated by the Priory Development Trust
